{"id":1330,"date":"2006-09-05T20:23:22","date_gmt":"2006-09-05T20:23:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/the19thfloor.net\/?p=1330"},"modified":"2006-09-05T20:23:22","modified_gmt":"2006-09-05T20:23:22","slug":"average_joe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the19thfloor.net\/?p=1330","title":{"rendered":"Average Joe"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I watch quite a bit of British television and one thing I&#8217;ve noticed is that the actors on British series look a lot more, well, ordinary than those on American television.&nbsp; Take a look at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tv.com\/lost\/show\/24313\/cast.html\">cast of Lost<\/a>: mostly hotties and hunks.&nbsp; Now look at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/drama\/faces\/john_simm.shtml\">John Simm<\/a>, the lead on BBC cop show <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/drama\/lifeonmars\/\">Life on Mars<\/a>.&nbsp; The dude could probably achieve flight with those ears.
