I turn 30 in a couple weeks and I just realized that I haven&#8217;t had a party in years.  I think the reason for that is because I get insecure and worry that nobody will show up.  But maybe I can bribe enough people to make me not look too pathetic.  The idea of turning 30 hasn&#8217;t really settled in.  Various people have told me that your 30s are better than your 20s.  I don&#8217;t feel that strongly about it, at least not yet.
