Minnesota attorneys are ethically bound to perform at least <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mncourts.gov\/lprb\/conduct.html#si1\">fifty hours of pro bono service<\/a> and I haven&#8217;t even come close to meeting this obligation. My hesitancy stems from the fact that I don&#8217;t practice in the traditional sense and I&#8217;m not sure how useful I would be to individuals who need pro bono representation. I do serve on the board of a non-profit, but I feel like I should be doing something that uses whatever legal skills I have.
