Since &#8220;Siegel&#8221; has both Germanic and Semitic roots, I&#8217;m not surprised that Germany comes out on top. And I can&#8217;t tell if the website considers variants like &#8220;Chagall&#8221;, which might explain why France came in relatively high on the list. Siegels can even be found in New Zealand. Oh, and Argentina, although I&#8217;m guessing that they&#8217;re descended from, ahem, German parentage. <\/p>\n<p>Okay, trivia time is over.
