I haven&#8217;t had to think about life estates since I was a wee law student. I just hope there won&#8217;t be any quizzes. Property wasn&#8217;t one of my best subjects, mostly because I thought I wouldn&#8217;t have any use for things like life estates and remaindermen after I graduated. Silly me. It never occurred to me that such things exist in real life.
