Neil Gaiman has a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neilgaiman.com\/journal\/2005\/01\/will-eisner-1917-2005.asp\">lovely tribute to Eisner on his blog<\/a>.  The past few weeks have seen the departure of many luminaries in the arts and humanities.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.villagevoice.com\/news\/0501,indiana,59762,2.html\">Susan Sontag<\/a>.  <a href=\"http:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Entertainment\/wireStory?id=375795\">Jerry Orbach<\/a>.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/life\/people\/2004-12-31-shaw-obit_x.htm\">Artie Shaw<\/a>.  I was especially saddened by Jerry Orbach&#8217;s death.  I frequently watch Law &#038; Order and he was probably my favorite character.  The guy just looked like New York, if that makes sense.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve mentioned BitTorrent frequently on the blog.  If you&#8217;ve been scratching your head and asking yourself &#8220;What the hell is BitTorrent?&#8221;, read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wired.com\/wired\/archive\/13.01\/bittorrent.html\">this Wired article<\/a>.  It does a really good job of explaining what it does, how it works, and why it&#8217;s such a revolutionary technology.  According to the article, one-third of all Internet traffic is BitTorrent data.
