My siblings and I pooled our money together and bought a golden retriever puppy for our parents. She won’t be a replacement for our beloved Sasha, but she will be a faithful companion who will always be up for a walk or or a game of catch. We thought about making it a surprise, but then realized that it might be wise to give them some advance notice. Puppies usually don’t usually come with gift receipts.
Anyway, this is Mollie. She’ll be Wisconsin-bound in a couple weeks.

Having just enjoyed my daily relaxing walk with Mil, who must be a mixture of a beige labrador and a golden retriever, I can’t but congratulate you and your siblings on the excellent choice of dog! Mil is so intelligent he understands about a hundred simple sentences. He has taken the habit of yawning every time he wants me to know he has understood what I say: that’s the feedback I get. No, by yawning he definitely doesn’t mean to say he is bored by my words.
I’m so sorry I can’t see the picture of the puppy you’ve bought, so I’ll resort to my imagination.
So true.
Something funny about your link (are you linking to something in your own email?) Inquiring minds want to see puppy pictures.
