Here are the things that I’m fairly certain the forthcoming Apple tablet/slate/squished iPhone won’t do:
- It won’t come pre-loaded with the sequel to Avatar.
- It won’t have a telepathic interface.
- It won’t pass a health care bill.
- It won’t address me as “Master” in a breathless sex-kitten voice.
- It won’t give me superpowers (although I’m hedging my bets on this one).
Otherwise, your guess is as good as mine.
I’m really interested in what the new Apple device will have to offer. I got a scholarship for assistive technology that I have not used yet. This could be it. If it is truly light weight I would be happy to add a portable keyboard to it as I really need to be able to type on the run because of my dysgraphia. My old laptop is just too heavy for me to carry on a daily basis. I’m hoping this might be the answer as I’m not so keen on the whole netbook thing.
